The Premium Apartment with seeav view is a unique apartment in the offer of the Merwede Residence - it will meet the expectations of the most demanding Guests. As the only one in the Residene, it is surrounded by a terrace, from which the view spreads directly over the sea and the beach. You can spend unforgettable moments and sunsets here, surrounded by beautiful scenery and the sounds of nature.

Spacious and stylish apartment with an area of 61 m2 will be an ideal choice for a stay with a larger family or friends. It conveniently accommodates up to 6 Guests. The space was designed with comfort and functionality in mind, with bright and elegant interiors furnished with attention to detail.

The apartment consists of a living room with a kitchenette, two private bedrooms, and a bathroom. In the living room (air conditioning), there is a relaxation area with a fold-out sofa, TV, and a dining table. It is an ideal place for spending time together. The kitchenette is fully equipped with necessary utensils for preparing meals and appliances (kettle, capsule coffee machine, cooking hot plate, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, washing machine). In the first bedroom (air conditioning), there is a double bed with a high-quality hotel mattress, a TV, and a wardrobe. The second bedroom is also equipped with a double bed.

The Premium Apartment is located on the second floor of the Merwede Residence.

A parking space in the underground garage (entrance 2m high) is available upon Guest request at a price of 50 PLN per day (reservation required).
