The apartment accommodates up to 4 Guests and consists of a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette, a separate bedroom and a private bathroom.

The bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed, while the living room offers a sofa bed. The apartment is located on the ground floor, and an additional advantage is access to a terrace, perfect for relaxing outdoors.

SHARED COMMON AREA

For business travellers, the property also offers a shared business meeting room, equipped with a functional conference table, ideal for small meetings, business discussions or teamwork. Guests can also use the kitchenette, which adds extra convenience and allows them to prepare drinks or short coffee breaks. This is a practical solution for guests combining a city stay with professional duties.
