Guests have at their disposal a TV, a fully equipped kitchenette (tableware and kitchen utensils, electric hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, milk frother), a table and two chairs, a sleeping area with a double bed with a high-quality hotel mattress, air conditioning, bedside tables, and a large wardrobe containing an iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner. In the ergonomic bathroom, there is a shower, toilet, sink, shower gel, soap, towels, hairdryer, and washing machine. Additionally, the balcony features a comfortable table and chairs.

There is a public viewing terrace in the building, which we also encourage guests to use.
