INA Rent - INA Management Sp. z o.o. based in Gdańsk (80-890) Heweliusza 11, registered in the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under number: KRS 0000743606, whose registration documentation is kept by the District Court Gdańsk - North in Gdańsk, VIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register, with NIP number: 5833317195 and REGON: 380945878, Apartment - Residential unit, detailed in the offer presented on the website inaparments.pl, which is rented by the client for temporary stay for tourist or leisure purposes. Client - a natural or legal person who is a party to the contract for temporary use of the residential unit (Apartment rental agreement for leisure or tourist stay) which is at the disposal of Inaparments.
§ 1 General Provisions
- This document regulates the rules for making reservations, canceling reservations, methods and deadlines for payment for reservations, confirmations of reservations and complaints at the INA Rent facility ul.Heweliusza 11, 80-890 Gdańsk, tel. +48 530 999 690, email kontakt@inarent.pl. Making a reservation is equivalent to reading and accepting the provisions of the Regulations.
- Prices given on the Facility's website are gross prices (including VAT). a. The transaction is conducted in PLN currency. Prices given in other currencies are approximate and converted at an approximate exchange rate.
- The reservation agreement is made with the operator of the online booking system (PROFITROOM Sp. z o.o. based at ul. Roosevelta 9/3, 60-829 Poznań, registered by the District Court Poznań Nowe Miasto i Wilda, VIII Commercial Division KRS under no.: 0000303746, hereinafter referred to as the "Operator") acting on behalf and for the benefit of the Facility run by Inapartments Sp. z o.o. based at ul. Obrońców Westerplatte 37/1, 81-706 Sopot, registered by the DISTRICT COURT GDAŃSK-NORTH IN GDAŃSK, VII COMMERCIAL DIVISION OF THE NATIONAL COURT REGISTER under number 0000423348
- The general terms of use of the premises constitute an integral part of the reservation agreement for the Apartment for leisure or tourist stay concluded between the Client and INA Rent, or the attorney representing INA Rent.
- INA Rent declares that under an agreement with the owner of the residential unit, hereinafter referred to as the Apartment, it is authorized under lease management to provide services of temporary availability of the Apartment to Clients for short-term stays.
§ 2 Reservations
- The current base of Apartments for short-term tourist rental is available on the website inarent.pl
- Clients can make Apartment reservations in the following ways:
a. online, via the website inarent.pl
b. by email, by sending a request to kontakt@inarent.pl
c. by phone, at 58 38 002 38 - After making an Apartment reservation online or via email, the Client receives a confirmation at the provided email address with necessary information about the reservation.
- In case of a phone reservation, confirmation is made by phone. This is equivalent to concluding the contract under the terms specified in the regulations.
- An apartment can be reserved for a minimum period of 2 days.
- Photos and furnishings of the residential units as well as the prices shown on the website are for informational purposes. The current condition of the Apartment and the rental price will be provided in the reservation confirmation or during a phone conversation.
- The rental fee for the Apartment covers the stay for the number of persons specified at the time of booking.
a. A service fee is added to the rental fee each time.
b. The reservation agreement does not include additional cleaning, towel replacement, pet stay or parking costs. - After making a reservation, the client is obliged to pay 30% of the reservation value to the given bank account.
§ 3 Changes and Cancellations by the Client
- Any changes to the reservation are allowed only through INA Rent employees.
- INA Rent reserves the right to refuse changes if for objective reasons it is not possible.
- In case of withdrawal from the agreement within 14 days before the arrival date, the Client is not entitled to a refund of the reservation fee paid.
- If the stay is shortened, the Client is not entitled to a refund for unused days in the Apartment.
- Cancellations without costs are possible up to 14 days before arrival.
§ 4 Changes and Cancellations by INA Rent
- In exceptional situations (force majeure, understood as natural disasters, occupation by any state authority, strikes, wars, riots as well as disconnection of electricity, gas, heating energy or water by the apartment provider, termination of contract by the Apartment owner) INA Rent reserves the right to:
a. Provide a substitute premises with parameters, area and location similar to the reserved Apartment. If the Client does not agree to the substitute Apartment, the agreement is terminated, and INA Rent is obliged to refund the Client the reservation fee paid.
b. Withdraw from the agreement.
§ 5 Client Stay Procedure
- The Client is obliged to inform INA Rent of the planned time of arrival at the Apartment, no later than 1 day before the date of arrival. Notification can be made by phone or email at kontakt@inarent.pl
- The hotel day starts at 15:00 on the day of arrival and lasts until 10:00 on the day of departure.
- Free check-in is from 15:00 to 20:00. If arrival is planned at other hours, the Client must notify and get approval from INA Rent and pay an additional fee of 100 PLN.
- Departure and key return are arranged with INA Rent staff.
- The Client must leave the facility in no worse condition than it was received.
- The Client is obliged to use the apartment in accordance with its purpose, not removing any furniture or decorations, and agrees not to copy the keys given for the stay.
- Night quiet hours from 22:00 - 6:00 apply. The Client must also observe the building’s occupational health and safety and fire protection rules. Any behavior disturbing the peace of residents will lead to immediate termination of the agreement under the risk of losing the full amount for the apartment stay.
- The Client is obliged to secure the Apartment when leaving by locking windows and entrance doors.
- In case of gross violation of the rules set forth in the regulations, INApartments has the right to terminate the agreement with immediate effect and evict the Client and accompanying persons from the Apartment.
- The Client is also financially responsible for any damage to the Apartment caused by themselves or their visiting guests. In such situations, INApartments reserves the right to charge guests an amount equivalent to the damage and to charge the Client’s credit card for these damages after departure.
- Smoking in the apartments is strictly prohibited. Violation of this ban will result in a fine of 500 PLN imposed on the Client. This amount corresponds to the costs incurred by Inapartments for curtain and bedspread cleaning in the apartment.

§ 7 Complaints
- The Client has the right to file a complaint about the service in accordance with applicable law. The basis for complaint processing is a written request submitted personally or by email
kontakt@inarent.pl - INA Rent considers complaints within 14 days from the date of receiving the request.
- Notification of the complaint decision will be sent to the client’s indicated email address or by phone.
